We loved the warm and welcoming staff who were always ready to help and answer our queries. The hotel facilities were top-notch especially the clean pool which made swimming very enjoyable. The location was great for sightseeing and exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options that catered to all our dietary needs.

Great Location and Family-Friendly
The location of the hotel is amazing, close to key tourist destinations that you'll surely enjoy. Plus, the family-friendly vibe of the hotel is something to look forward to. They offer a lot of activities that families can enjoy together. The breakfast has a lot of options to choose from, making sure everyone gets to eat what they like.
The interiors of the hotel look outdated and poorly maintained. The hotel staff also doesn't seem to be too accommodating, making you feel like an outsider in their own turf.

The hotel's location was very convenient for my business trip as it was close to the main highway and had easy access to the city center. the breakfast was quite good with a decent variety of options that were continuously replenished. Finally, the pool area was well-maintained and provided a nice spot for some relaxation after work.
One thing that could be improved was the lack of daily towel and bed-making services, which was unexpected. some of the rooms felt a bit dated and could use a renovation to bring them up to modern standards.

The location of this vacation club is great for families with kids to enjoy the pool and participate in activities. the breakfast served is up to standard, and the rooms are basic, but work well. Some rooms have lovely shady locations, which make it bearable in hot temperatures.
Check-in time is late at 5 pm, and staff is not always readily available to address guests' concerns.
